From objects used in daily life to objects once used in worship, the collections of the Sisters of Saint Anne Historic Centre help to paint a portrait of a religious order that started out teaching poor rural children and evolved over time to meet the needs of the different milieus where the sisters established themselves. These objects also reflect the evolution of Quebec society in the 19th and 20th centuries.
