In 1912, Sr. Marie Martin started collecting mementos, community relics and medals in order to one day open a museum.
Today, the collections of the Sisters of Saint Anne Historic Centre include:
More than 10,000 objects related to the history of the Congregation of Sisters of Saint Anne.
Objects that attest to a rich religious, artistic, educational and medical heritage.
A variety of collections reflecting more than 160 years of history.
A large part of the collection can be viewed on the website of the Virtual Museum of Canada: www.museevirtuel-virtualmuseum.ca and the Info-Muse website of the Société des musées québécois.
